PLDC Executive Director, Tom Butler is an educator and author who has spent over 28 years working in schools. Tom has served as a high school teacher, school counselor, principal, superintendent, and executive director of an education service agency. He has learned throughout his education experiences that school leadership is a core component of successful schools. His writing and coaching of school leaders reflect his passion to help schools become radically learner-centered.
