Leadership Framework for Transforming Education
Pennsylvania Department of Education approved Act 45 program for 40 PIL Hours
The Leadership Framework for Transforming Education program guides school leaders through a framework of Leadership Domains that are essential to lead education transformation. Each of the five domain, authenticity, visionary, relational, quality, and service, provide the participant with an in-depth study of the role performance and values associated with successful leadership.
Participants are required to engage in the blended-learning and select embedded activities that will lead to increased student achievement and adult performance. As a culminating project during the "Evidence Fair," participants will provide data showing how their selected initiative led to increased student achievement and discuss the challenges of implementation.

The Leadership Frameworks for Transforming Education program is an opportunity for school leaders to examine a leadership model based on leadership's critical domains. Through an in-depth investigation of five essential components of leading, each participant will create a personal leadership model that provides a foundation for all decisions and actions. The program focuses on how successful leaders initiate effective change and the transformation of education out of the industrial model to a system that better prepares learners for their future and lives.

PLDC offers Pennsylvania Department of Education PIL-Approved Programs that count toward continuing education credits.
